Top Achievers Club

At Enfields we understand that we are only ever as good as our people and that is why we always reward our top achievers.

The Enfields Top Achievers Club was launched when we established seven years ago and is aimed at giving recognition to team members who exercise an excellent attitude and perform at an outstanding level.

We hold monthly and quarterly awards to highlight and reward those individuals who stand out from the crowd in a range of categories such as Top Negotiator, Instruction Taker, Financial Advisor, Sales Co-ordinator, Customer Care, New Homes and Employee. We also have categories to reward those branches that are performing well judged on sales figures and customer satisfaction ratings.

At the end of every year our annual awards ceremony then recognises those individuals who have consistently performed well throughout the year. The prizes are exceptional with previous winners being treated to 5 star luxury group breaks in cities such as New York, Barcelona, London and Madrid and we don't just pay for your flight and hotel. We have been to Broadway shows, enjoyed first class tickets at the Bernabau Stadium and eaten and partied at some of the world's top restaurants and nightspots!
