Welcome to the training academy at Enfields, "The" Estate Agency and winner of the best medium estate agency in the UK 2005. We provide intensive and continual training throughout your career at Enfields. Focusing on all of the key areas to become a successful estate agent. Our training academy houses specialist training facilities and every new employee receives comprehensive individual tuition as part of a hands-on training programme called The Master Plan.

The Master Plan starts with a 5-day induction course covering all the basics of estate agency. All new employees are presented with their first pin and on progressing through 5 stages of the Master Plan are presented with their Orange, Green, Blue and finally Silver Pin.

All Master Classes are delivered by our In House Director of Training, Chris Challis, with over ten years experience in estate agency and one of Enfields top consultants in his field, he creates a Dynamic Learning Environment based at our training academy at Segensworth.
